- Add/Update docker scripts

- Add kCacheGrind
- Update doc
- add the env file directive to down.sh - create a restart script - create a restart php script
- remove opcache initialization - update upload_max_filesize to 64M

The reference to PHP 8.5 is missing in the browser extension files.

- disable opcache - enable log errors

Done, note that you may need to reinstall the browser extensions to see the 8.5 PHP version appears as it is part of the extension data.
